Set a macro that makes you say ". target"
Set a macro for "Target Acquire"
Use the first one, then use the second one.

Updated Commands by Suil Ban:
disturb - Same thing as the disturb button the macro editor
leavehouse - Leaves house
openrunebooks - Queries the server for your runebook contents (for Travel Agent)
dress - Redresses with the last outfit you had on
recall [rune name] - Recalls by rune name
gate [rune name] - Gates by rune name
target - Gives you a blank target cursor, for setting last target
acquire - Target acquire
alwaysrun - Toggles alwaysrun
smoothwalk - Toggles smoothwalk
sound - Toggles sound (maybe--might not work)
music - Toggles music (turn off music or you will crash)
queuetargets - Toggles target queueing
remove - Removes an object from sight
usegate - Uses a nearby gate
friend - Adds or removes someone from your friend list
ignore - Adds someone to your ignore list
scavenge [all/only/remove] - Used to set up scavenger agent
regdrop - Moves all regs to targeted container
potdrop - Moves all pots to targeted container
move - Moves all of a given item to a targeted container
stack - Stacks all items of a given type
bringto - Moves all items of a given type to the position of the targeted item
