Sallos issue.. i can log in, but cant log into uo anymore?

it was just working.. then i restarted my computer.. i tried reinstalling

You need to delete your configuration.xml file.
For windows 7 its in C:\Users\"your user name"\AppData\Local\Sallos\Ultima Online (make sure you have hidden files shown)
