These are the ROE that was agreed upon on Catskills in 97' (by CA,UND,ORC, ect.. ect..)
I'd like to set groundwork for us to work on.... This isn't Catskills so lets work on layng the groundwork

Rules of Engagement:
1.
DO role-play your character to the best of your abilities. Combat is an extension of role-playing not a separation.
2.
NEVER GO OOC. This rule applies to all facets of role-playing, including combat. Using emotes is not an acceptable means of communicating OOC information, don't do it. Complaining, whining or responding in an OOC manner while in game will promptly see you being removed from the guild after the second infraction. Being upset about dying while disconnected, out numbered or for any other reason is NO EXCUSE for going OOC after combat.
3.
No looting of other Roleplayers allowed. The only exceptions are dealing with PKs or to gather the items from a decayed corpse of a role-player who has yet to return. We may in the future allow limited looting based solely on what is IC. IF they wish.
4.
Dying in combat will be handled by everyone remaining in their death robe, gathering their equipment, and leaving the area. While recovering your equipment no words shall be spoken nor any emotes used. Unless waiting for a gate (should be rare as everyone has access to recall scrolls or personal magic) nobody should linger around the battle field to watch the outcome. Furthermore, those that have died shall not return to the location where the combat took place for 24 hours unless it happened in our home city.
5.
No one is under any obligation to guard corpses. However, we encourage our members to watch over the bodies of those we have vanquished out of respect. Those we highlight with had best understand that we hold to the rule, "Only carry what you can afford to loose". We shall not be held responsible for the loss of any item, as it was the player's decision to participate in the role-playing community where battles occur often.

6. We are under NO obligation to check the awareness of the enemies. Each role-playing situation is different and an assassin need not announce his presence before attacking. However, if you attack someone, and they do not try to run away when they are hurt or make an attempt to equip a weapon, stop the attack. All we ask of our members and other guilds is to make an effort in this regard.
