Resetting Account Email?

I'm sorry if this has been answered before:

I've tried resetting a known account's email both in-game [account and uogamers.com/reset but neither have sent the verification to my email. If these features don't work then how can I recover another account's lost password?

having the same problem, not receiving the emails, they're not in my spam folder either.
