Question on stats

The stats can go over 100, is it supposed to be like that?
Example: I was doing stats today and my strength went over 100.

If this is supposed to be UO:R of some sort, stats never went over 100 in UO:R.
The only reason I'm even saying anything about this is that dexers don't need to hit any faster, lol.

There's hardly any difference between 125 dex and 90, so no worry.

(125 is the cap here, which was the case in pub16 as I recall)

Hardly any difference? I believe there is.

125 dex makes you hit 2x faster than 100, atleast from what I've seen.
Oh well... More power to the dexers.

Umm no...125 dex is teh sucks, you should all stick with 90, it is teh owns and you get more hp!!
