Public Rune Library

I have now opened a public use Rune Library, this is a full copy made by Jynx. Circle of Transparency is needed to use the taming books as you can see in the picture. Runes to my library can be purchased for 10gp at the NW Trinsic Mall (http://www.runuo.com/community/threads/corrosions-nw-trinsic-wall-mall.504127/#post-3837764) on the top left vendor or you can just run there and mark one yourself






It is located just South West of Brit on the mountains 5 steps from the guard line!

I had another char logged in that was dead, currently ghosting the neighbors house with a Profile ghost, I used him to take the bottom picture.
