Precasting Troubles

I don't know what has happened, but I can hardly play the game now. When I precast I can't take more than a few steps before getting a message that says "That is too far away" and my precast comes off? I'm pinging 93ms so it shouldn't be lag, I have no macros running and it happens for every spell? Can someone help me fix this, I can't pvp or fight mobs or anything. thanks

not sure if it can help. Turn off the razor option " Queue Last Target and target Self". It may help if your problem is owing to the queued targets.
