Wolf Clan will be holding a Public Sweat Lodge Ceremony performance on Saturday Sept 24th, 3pm server/central time (-5 GMT) 4pm eastern (-4 GMT) as part of the general purification the lands ceded to the Dene descendants forming a recognized homeland, Denesuline Nation.

Gates will open from Luna Bank area to Wolf Clan Village, followed by a procession to the Sweat Lodge. After the Sweat there will be a Giveaway Ceremony back at the tipi camp at the Village. Bring some water and loose fitting clothing if you plan to participate in the endurance of the Sweat Lodge. Also bring an item for the giveaway grab-bag, if you are so inclined. Things will wrap up with dances, a walking tour or general patrol of the territory.

The performance of the ceremony is tomorrow at 3pm central time and participants should start preparing to fast, don't forget to also pre-hydrate well and bring a robe and dry change of cloths.

This event is now open. Wolf Mother will be gating from the South side of the Vendor Mall accessible from Luna Bank, instead of from Luna. White robes will be provided if you did not bring your own.

The gate is down and things are starting now. Thank you everybody who came.

Thick white vapor cloud issues from the red hot stones used to heat the lodge, when Wolf Mother pours water over them.



During the opening prayers of the fourth endurance, the participants sense a strong spiritual presence.



Afterward, it is confirmed - the ceremony was blessed by the visitation of the highly elusive White Stag. The stag walked off back into the woods and we did not follow. Its paths are considered sacred and should not be tracked and should never be touched.



The celebration continued back at the camp outside the village with a Giveaway Ceremony. People who traveled the furthest get the honor of being first to choose from the prize basket.

Rijn came to the village to congratulate Wolf Clan on their new nationhood, and show us that Shadow Cabal honors their treaty with us.

Bring some water and loose fitting clothing or robe, if you plan to go through with participating in the endurance of the Sweat Lodge.

Gates will open from the PRE spot in front of Luna Bank to Wolf Clan Village, followed by a procession to the Sweat Lodge. This will preclude late joiners who do not already know the location of the lodge.

After the Sweat there will be a Giveaway Ceremony back at the tipi camp at the Village. Also bring an item for the giveaway grab-bag, if you are so inclined.

There will be a public Sweat this Sunday April 21st in honor of the Blossom Moon. It will commence directly after the Red vs Black battle wrap up. These battles usually run till 4:30 eastern time. Watch for a gate next to the Vendor Mall gate or look for an in-game announcement, if I can swing it.

In the month of September when Trammel is new and Felucca is full, this is the moon configuration we call Duninudi or the Harvest Moon. This festival day also falls on the autumnal equinox and we commemorate it with a Sweat Lodge Ceremony performance. We give thanks to all living things from the plant tribes and the animal tribes who sacrifice themselves so that we may live and be strong.
