not fantastic but u can switch stts aand use it on archer.

IMO it needs at least 130 stam after clumsy to be properly effective with weapons like Radiants, Katanas and so forth. Otherwise you will need SSI on everything.
Do you mind listing the gears? Perhaps they might have a better value on their own.
