I agree with Diz.....

It is IMO the best lot in luna and there for it is pretty much worth more than any one item in the game. I wouldn't trade say the MB brit house for it by any means but I think it is fair to say it wouldn't be hard to get 200kk + for it.

IMO this is the most valuable house/item in the game. There is nothing and no amount of gold that I would give it up for, because that house is the ultimate possession.

my old house that dropped when i got banned wrongfully i was in the guild gunz and gms banned the entire guild. i was not even active when that went down.
