110 tailoring scroll, any ideas?

After a 4 year break, it seems a lot of prices have changed, so I'm way out of the loop.

You can find it for about 50k, If you're lucky also at a lower price!

Frequent the tailor shops in other cities besides Britain and you may find some on the floor. In the past 3 weeks I got 2 110 tailor scrolls and 1 105 scroll laying on the floor in Jhelom. A couple tapestries as well.
