Do what I used to do... Get a few bone machetes and go to tram kill those 3 then go to fell and kill those 3 and repeat... It is safe to say that you are killing them to get lady Mel keys right?

Delayed spawn rate to slow down how quickly you can acquire Mel keys. Increased Fel spawn rate is strictly for regular mobs, not for those that provide keys for peerless.

There is 3 dryads in each are.. One close to the entrance,then in the middle and one at the farthest lil cove straight down from the dryad that gives you the quest... But your prolly jus staying in the easiest spot to farm them...but the way I said before is way faster...

Like Lead said, there are 3 in each facet. And if you accept the quest again before you go fight Mel, you'll get a freebie from the dryad that she summons at the end.
