No characters anymore?

I used to play UOHybrid quite a bit and had to get a new laptop. I just downloaded the game to start playing again and on my accounts it was making me create a new character..why?

Did you type the account name correctly? Would be worth trying the form here: http://www.uohybrid.com/reset/

yea i typed them in, i wrote down the account names and stuff..one didnt work for some reason but the other did. It just didnt save any of my characters on the account, but when I made the new character it let me choose like 20 different things for playing for a month? not sure when they added that in, pretty cool, but it just showed that account has been active before. Ill look into those and hopefully it helps! Thanks

I wouldnt think they would get deleted for inactivity with it only being maybe 3 or 4 months since ive last played..

or possibly you logged into demise rather than hybrid? or the other way around...?

If you're not using razor you could be trying to log onto EA UO.

But yah they don't do account wipes, so it should still be around. Or I should say it does not happen often.
