New patch crashes razor

Hi. I re-installed UO last night and fully updated, and now it crashes the razor start-up. So I asked my brother to download new patch and test it. It crashed his razor too. So my question is at what patch should i have stopped?

i did every that the website told me to do but i got a message of:

Ultima Online Client has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

i started the client with razor. i patched with with the uopatch.exe then i started razor and it patched again then it gave me that message.

my guess would be that sense the patch must have just came out zippy hasnt gotin around to uodateing razor yet
