New install: can't see clothes or mount??

I just installed UO Classic client from uo.com and installed AUO to connect. For some reason my characters appear naked and not mounted, when I know they all are clothed and mounted.

I'm fully patched. Any ideas?

i am having the same problem, all characters are naked and crashes when i go near people... only happened after patch last night and still cant log on hybrid.
