Mouse problems

I recently had to do a factory reset on my computer. I reinstalled UO and razor (along with patched). Everything is the same except my mouse. When I move my mouse the curser becomes transparent until I stop moving the mouse. I have tried reinstalling patching to different versions.

I’m currently patched to 7.0.21.1
I have the option run mouse on separate thread selected (if its off the mouse is choppy)

Any help would be great.

I just noticed a problem with my display on razor as well... My reagent counter shows the count but no image of the reagent, even with show images with counter option on. not sure what is wrong. I tried reinstalling razor and no change.
