I screwed up my configuration somehow goofing around with my settings. My connection had been painfully slow last couple weeks, thought I would carefully play around. What a disaster!

I shouldve set up a restore point first.
Everything in cmd prompt>ipconfig /all is media disconnected.
Tried every possible solution I could find searching for except a complete factory reset, and installing updated drivers(will try monday)
