Account Terminated
Demise players that have been banned can consider their slate wiped clean. EVERYONE is allowed to return to Demise. If you come back, and return to the same things that got you banned, you can expect to be banned again. So here is the chance to come back and follow demise rules, and enjoy playing here.
As for the actual accounts themselves, they will not be automatically unbanned. If you have banned accounts that still exist on demise, each case can be reviewed and possibly unbanned. This is a case by case basis. Do not expect to get them unbanned if you were farming BODs with dozens of accounts, illegally farming commodities/items, etc. In other words, if your acct's goods were ill-gained, dont expect the account to get unbanned.

For the ones whos accts are gone, or wont be unbanned: it does not have to be fair, you did what you did to get banned, and that part is your fault.
