Ok, how I did it.

I killed my mares so they are 0 in all skills, as mares work the same as playes, higher the skill cap, slower the gains.

Then I just macroed attack/med/attack/med with 2 vets constantly healing each mare.

Did that nonstop for 4 days was gm, then just macroed wrelste etc with constant attacking.

You are the man, I didnt realize that the closer to cap the slower they gained and i already had them at 5x, that should make a big big difference.
