Magery macro

Trying to macro magery. I'm at about 80 skill. I've heard Mana Vamp suggested, but I can't figure out how to have it keep targeting myself. Any suggestions?

Heres how I set mine up in razor.

CastSpell Mana Vampire (#53)
Wait for Target
Exec: Target Self
Pause 1.00sec
If ( Mana <= 40)
UseSkill Meditation
Pause 45.00sec

I would change this part: Pause 45.00sec
to: wait until mana 40

the macro will be more effecient that way.

that will take forever

also, if you do the macro in town, dont bring too many reagent but add restock reagent action from bank in the macro.
