Logging me in to the EA servers or I was banned??

Whenever I try to log in through RAZOR I receive a list of possibilities. Two of these make some sense to me. My account is not link to EA account or I was banned. Just wondering how and/or why.

try to login without using razor, does it work?

UOS just freezes up. Is there another way?

It finally gave me the could not connect me to Ultima Online Sorry message

I mean try to login without any of this applications like UOS or Razor, just launch UO.exe inside your Ultima folder.

u have the right server when u login? make sure in your razor settings, general tab, you have show welcome screen. if not checked.. check it then logout, then log back in and check what server your connecting to (server shouldn't be an ea, it should be a uo hybrid server)
