Leggings of Bane durability

Leggings of bane should have 500 durability as they have 100% durability bonus prop and being Doom artifact they come 255 of base durability . I got fresh one today (27-dec-2014) and they are at 255 dura.

Wouldn't that mean they should have 510 durability?On OSI they are 255
