July 12th - Misc Stuff

Added a rock formation in one of the Minoc Mines, since there's a broken spot on OSI's map that doesn't allow you to walk.

Greater Dragons now spawn in more places.

Covetous Lake Cave now has faster spawn rates.

Various Spawn tweaks.
