Thank you always for your interresting take on things, this time about the death penalty.

The latter two charts are conservative estimates. Furthermore, more then a few of those countries are undersiege in war or civil war. I know I did it, but when you estimate executions per capita, the error margin can be a large +/- for a smaller population vs bigger ones.

Electricity chair have no honor

i cant see how a rope could have more honor than a electrical chair. I only see that the rope is way less expensive... i remember a quote from a movie call the Fifth element : Honor kill millions of peoples but never save anyone. I mean if you want to win a war you need to put aside honor. Well that is my personnal point of view.
