If i was to create something with a different color wood like frost wood they don't dye to that color they just come out the same color as regular wood.
On OSI if you craft something with different wood it comes out in that woods color. Like the bulletin boards, they are not dyeable but if i craft them in frost wood they should craft in that color but fail to do so. They are supposed to be the same concept that leather colors have. If i craft something with barbed leather it comes out the barbed color.
