HPR

so, i was gonna piece together as much hpr just to test it. however, thought id hit the forums and see what people opinions are on the stat. Currently i leaning on mr>hpr. i thought hpr would -dmg and provide more defense the HPI but im not sure on its timer or if you can even hpr while taking dmg or poisoned.

I have pvp suit with 15 hpr and works as small gift of renewal. It heals through everything.

what is the max hpr? gloves sleeve legs neck armor.

brace - that red from doom
talisman - that totem with lmc
cc- have hpr too
