Help with Razor

I don't know what happened, can't recall doing anything out of the ordinary (who knows though I've been up for about 52 hours), but now instead of going to the gump where I can choose my desired UO IP to connect to it just goes straight into UO. I deleted everything and redownloaded and still no luck. I know how to do it via login.cfg if I have to but I am spoiled now. Any help would be appreciated.

On the display tab, is the box checked to show the Welcome screen? If not, check it, close razor and restart it.
