Found a fix to point mules

Instead of loosing 1 point in the transfer of 5, make it loose 2-3

Not much of a fix...just something to delay the inevitable...

That would take away from selling my points

I say put a limit, that you an only give one honor every day.
and if more than half of your points are from being honored you lose 2% of your points every day.. or something like that.

What does it really matter? You can always tell a point mule from everyone else anyways
