ltots are still present, (the ones we get while they spawned are stil in game). also, GM run events and quests have tots as prices usually; so that is one way of geting tots

Actualy No. The ToTs Arnt Back Not Unless They Put The ToTs 2 Up But They Havent Done That I Dont Think.And I Meen THere Not Able To Get Anymore.

i meant tournies and such, organised by GMs have tots as prices sometimes. i remeber reading that the tamer tourny has some 5 leser tots as a first price. but these are not actualy quests, so should not be given much attention here
