Faction trap removal

I used a skill ball on my faction crafter so he was a crafter/ trap remover. He has all the necessary crafting skills along with detecting hidden and trap removal, i made a trap removal kit but how do i actually remove the traps? Any time i try to double click the kit no gump shows up so i thought i have to use the skill trap removal. But anytime i use the skill trap removal it shows me this message


Can someone please tell me if i need another skill or if im doing something wrong.
