A castle on a peninsula may very well be worth more than a normal castle on grass / snow... and do keep in mind the latest sales have shown that a bad location castle in F is worth 100 M. Possibly this is not a joke - on the contrary a very good deal for someone looking for a nice castle... this once chance to get a perfect location.
