Any idea on that? I hear pure white sandals go like 15+ mil.... so i figure its more than that?

Pure White Sandles are around 6-7 mil now but that shroud is probably worth 15-20 mil.

including yours, i have only seen 1 other one on the shard. my opinion, but 20mil might be too high starting piont. most unique or almost unique items max out at 20 mil, like blessed pure white polar bear mask, ice white deer mask or bright blue sandals.
