I found that when weapon is crafted with 40 DI (I'm not sure what is with 35) or more on it, it is not counted on the status bar.

Example: Weapon have 40 di, but on statbar is just 20

DI from arties however is.

I'm not sure as well if this bug is linked with just displaying info on status bar, or with the dmg formula. I can't test it.

Bug is related only for wrong statbar displaying.

I have tested this with 40di bardiche from loot - info was displayed correctly, and 40di crafted bardiche - wrong info, however base damage was the same in both situations.
