[Completed] Stat Gain Accuracy

Here is the last file I compiled. As I stated previously the file called Guaranteed Gain was taken from a custom script I download here on RunUO. I added a call to it since their was a few requests for a GGS for skills to be added. Although it is part of the file I did not include any calls to use the GGS for stats. It will need to be tested extensively as I only boosted gains and ran the code through for about 20 mins.

With camping:
Raised 3.1 skill points - Got 3 dex, 2 int, so clearly the lack of a limit works properly. I left Gilgamesh raising stats in the TC, once he gets up to 50,0 or so I will report again.

i think this is a very important issue. seeing as i could get 120 taming, manually, much faster than i can hit max stats.
i will help in any way possible.
