Type: Possible Broken Feature

Basic Description: Faster Casting has no effect when certain casting ninjitsu spells.

Way to experience: Cast Animal Form with Faster Casting 4, then with Faster Casting 0 to note that there's no difference.

Detailed Description: Ninjitsu spells like Animal Form, Mirror Image and Shadow Jump should be affected by Faster Casting. It used to be fine 3 years ago here on Demise, I don't know when it got broken.

I tried this on OSI with fc0 fc1 fc2 fc3 fc4 and there is a difference between them all.Very noticeable between fc4 and fc0
