[COMPLETE] ninjitsu animal form mana taking

Basic Description: when you cast any animal form, it just require having 10 mana (or including lmc x),but it does not drain mana from you. I think it should take out 10 mana. It does not take required mana from you.
|| Or if we should go after uostratics it should not take any mana as its wrote there, and we should have requirance of mana of animal form.
Here stratics and uoguide it contradictory... On stratics it needs 0 mana and on uogide it needs 10.
Way to experience: gotta cast 'em all!
