Burn your 40 then if you dont make burn my 30 . Also best way to get good armor is to trade other good armor for it. most people dont want to sell 5 mod armor unless they get a ton of gold or an equal piece.

Because if i got those arms i wouldnt trade em. Most good armor doesnt get traded ask alvin he has like 1000 pieces of 5 mod just sitting in boxes.
