Effective after server wars this evening:

• CoM base will be moved to south Moonglow.
• Faction balance requirements eased to 300% (from 200%).

Also note that all faction characters that had 0 or less kill points and had not logged in this year were faction kicked earlier this week.

Whats this mean for Magincia? Its a completely building-less city and now factions won't even use it. Magincia home ownership value will now drop, that's a nice friday night dick in the ass. Thanks!

None that are practical. This is why we waited so long to move the base. We won't re-create the area with in-game items due to performance concerns. You might be able to cherry-pick a map file from a newer install.

Ya and in doing that you also fix mag and add the new docks there, but the walls on one of the buildings in mag are blade spirits.

Thanks for fixing the "balance" mechanics, but the new map data will only further erode the already dwindled faction playerbase. Most people don't want to dick around with trying to find what files they have to paste into their UO folder to get it to work.
