You may also want to add the following skills to your template to gain full use of carpentry.
Musicmanship 45 (To make instruments)
Blacksmith 80 (For anvils, forges, etc)
Tailor 75 (Looms, Spinning Wheels, training dummies, beds)
Tinkering 50 (Ovens, Flour Mill)
Magery 75 (Abottoir, Pentagram)
Having the smithing and tailoring skills will also enable you to collect Bulk Order Deeds.

took me maybe 2-3hrs i think.. not counting in resource gathering.. that took a little longer hehe.. Wheres my chainsaw
