(On a serious note though, I had about 30 applicants, and we only take on 1 per trained mentor, the guild has only 4 mentors. I require all potential candidates to apply by PM stating their template and why they feel they deserve the position over other applicants, which I consider to be a great priviledge due to the oppertunity it provides. Someone simply PMing me with "sign me up" is seriously mistaken, as there are those who take the time to write PAGES as to what they have gone through and expierienced and how they feel about |DD|)
