Ageless Houses?

whats up with the ageless houses? theres alot of them.. i was told they all were GM placed houses but theres ALOT of them...how does one get an ageless house?!

i think some of em are people who donated.. dunno tho just a guess

Ageless houses are usually either a) part of the dueling system, b) gm placed for factions, or c) for donators
