I have no idea how newbed regs made the top of the list of things that needed fixed but whatever. It didn't even upset PvP, way to prioritized (bonding in pvp).

You and me both...

It was like 10 players who used newbied regs... I used to love killing people and picking up a nice, neat bag of 30/each reg.
