i have 120 ninjistsu 45 hci, and i miss almost all darts and ninja stars i throw, and i test it against one new character mine without dci, or skills, please someone take a look at that. thanks for ur time.

there is a line in UOguide that might explain this. maybe you could expand your tests to see if this is relevent.
