Perma (Unkillable) Healer usually touching east side of house, max 2 steps from side.
You can rez from the inside, if you customize right.
On the grass, water on screen.
Large Front yard

run directly east of yew moongate. It doesn't look like that anymore.
in the picture the top right square is a zoom of the smaller one.

nevermind, just visited the plot and found it is blocked by another 4 story at east cornor.

Don't forget that the healer is unkillable
If your worried about the house east of it, the 18x18 can be replaced forward, even with that house.
I placed it back so I would have a front yard.
