120 Chivalry, how to raise?

UOGuide says:

After 115, without exploiting Discordance only the Guaranteed Gain System will provide any further gains, as every Chivalry spell has a 100% success chance at 115 skill and higher.

That is true? Maybe there's another way to improve skill over 115?

Satyrs. That's the cheap way. And it works fast. Lure one by the gate to the dungeon, get discorded, then run out and spam the proper chiv spell.
