The island is almost brand new (a month or two!) I doubt alot of people have a rune on it (I havent let anyone mark it, i am not the 'original owner' (donater) though)

BECAUSE the house is so new I will not gate anyone but serious buyers who have placed a bid and showed me the cash in front to avoid unecessary marking.

I Reserve the right to not sell to people I do not trust.

Can the house be replaced/resized?

I have not personally tried this but i'd say no since the island is made out of 'plots' not the normal kind of grass

Just wondering how its possible to trade 150-200M in a trade window

since the thread just got bumped to front page ill reply this one even though it isnt that 'revelant'

you can make checks up to 500m with poker tables
(people with 150m-200m most likely already know how)
