New SL Base!

After server wars the Shadow Lord base will have moved. We are moving it simply because we felt that Serpent's Hold wasn't the best place for it considering it isn't a faction town. The new base is now located at the Yew Courts and Jail's.

Perhaps a blacksmith should be put in Yew so it's not the only base city that can't bless metallic weaponry.
