Tokuno /others events , please

The new players need this for no make more rich old players , i dont understand because tokuno no is always on ,
tokunos are not as powerful items.

You cant compete with an old player and rid of playing pvp in a short time ,if you have to spend more than 1kk to buy a simple stormgrip and no speak of mempo because has a collection at home and are revalued my soluttion is easy i dont think in buy this.
if you have to spend more than 1kk to buy a simple stormgrip , better farm with script than playing pvm for 9 hours for make 1kk and give it to old when they are rich.

Each time you do the quest it costs you 10k
10 bottles of bleach can be turned in to get your storm grips with the added bonus of being able to use the bleach 9 times per bottle before turning it in

if if the ToT event is not "active" you can still turn in your ltots to get a GToT. So if you dont want to do it this way, you can buy the ltots for 100k each and still turn them in.

its been fixed awhile ago. unable to redeem quest reward bleach for gtots anymore.
