There's obviously a disconnect when staff members who're trying to keep the shard from dying are having to use statues and probably an excel sheet to give out event coins, by hand, to the players. Why isn't there a competent scripter doing anything to fix it?

No, I absolutely HATE UOF. However, I cannot deny that its player stats are better than hybrids. Something ought to be done because, like you, I have an account that's got 3k+ days in the profile. I'd love to be able to log into hybrid again, play on an orc (melee only), and be able to say I had fun.

This is a huge misconception - there is nothing about what we do for RunUO that is 'scripting', it's all code.
