UBWS Doesn't Work with Evasion

As in the title, whenever I try to activate Evasion, it raises "You need 50.0 weapon skill bla bla" message.

Is it an OSI bug as well?
Or is it working as it should?

Its working as it should. It was one of OSI's first attempts at nerfing bushido/mages from using evasion by needing 50 real skill points in the weapon type your using, so no -mage weapons or UBWS.

Oh, I'm sorry then. I thought it was a bug, not inaccuracy.

By the way, why does OSI hate evasion so much? 20 seconds delay totally killed the spell, they could have implemented PvP-only nerf, not totally kill off the spell.

They hate bushido and ninjitsu, but have little to no problem with Mysticism and Spellweaving. Go figure.
